We are delighted you will be joining us for this exciting choral workshop.
Here are all the details you will need and resources to help you prepare.
Event Logistics
Sunday, December 23, 2018
PART ONE: Workshop - 4 pm
Location: Davies Symphony Hall
Enter on Grove Street at the Symphony Box Office.
Doors will open at 3:30. It will be helpful if you bring your Eventbrite ticket, but we will have a list we can check in case you cannot find it.
Parking: As you may know, Hayes Valley is a difficult place to park. We advise carpooling or taking public transit if it’s possible for you.
What you will need: Your music.
Attire: Wear what you would wear to attend this festive holiday concert. Colorful is fine! Please refrain from wearing scented products such as perfume or hair spray.
PART TWO: Concert - 7:30 pm
Location: Davies Symphony Hall
Please come to the box office entrance on Grove Street.
Doors will open at 6:30. You must have a concert ticket. This is a separate purchase. Concert tickets are available from the Symphony Box Office website or by phone at 415-864-6000.
A message from Choral Director Ragnar Bohlin
Dear Audience-Chorus singers, it is with great pleasure I invite you to help enhance our "Twas the Night" Christmas concert at the SF Symphony this year.
Your help will be greatly appreciated in the singalongs with the entire audience but specifically in Adam's "O Holy Night" sung only by the chorus onstage and you out in the hall.

Please print and bring with you to the workshop.
Please note: you will be singing from your seats in the audience. There may not be ideal lighting in those positions, so please be prepared to sing without being able to see your music perfectly. You may bring and use a small personal light if you wish.
